After School Program
This year we gave the students an Interest Inventory to ask them about their reading habits and what they like to read about. We also surveyed the parents and got their input on how they model reading at home with their children. We are taking the results and forming “Book Talk” groups with the students and we will be reading books together and discussing them and doing character studies. The students will be responsible for creating a project of their choice to represent their book for their parents at the end of the year showcase.
